Climb Description
The gradients are gentle on average, but there are steeper sections throughout the climb - particularly in the last 2km.The lower part of the climb is mostly in trees with no great views; however, as you climb higher the scenery opens up and there are beautiful views down into the valley.
Mare de Deu del Mont is open throughout the year depending on the weather. Short term closures are not uncommon in winter, but rarely last more than a few days.
Roads & Traffic
The road surface is in good condition throughout, the road does become narrow towards the top so take care when you descend back down.
