Climb Description
Honduras is one of the highest road passes in the Extremadura region. It is also the most scenic and enjoyable climb in the area, with the plateau near the top offering beautiful views into the valley below.The climb is excellent on both sides, with the ascent from Hervás starting in trees, before emerging into open mountain scenery higher up the climb.
Honduras is open throughout the year; although short term closures are possible in winter.
Roads & Traffic
The road is in good condition throughout and there is little traffic on the climb.
