Climb Description
The climb from Priola is the least well known sideof Zoncolan, but is a tough test, and is arguably as challenging as the infamous ascent from Ovaro. It is characterized by a narrow road with consistently steep gradients. We recommend riding the classic Ovaro side before doing this, but the scenery here is different and the gradient more inconsistent, so it is a nice alternative.
Zoncolan from this side is usually open from May to October.
Roads & Traffic
The road surface is in good condition for the most part, although it is narrow in places and debris can enter the road.
