Climb Description

This short climb begins from the town of Puigpunyent and heads south on the Ma-1032 until the top - in the village of Galilea.

This climb through the southern part of the Tramuntana Mountains is largely surrounded by pine woodland and so there are no great views into the distance. However, it is very pleasant and tranquil, and the lack of traffic makes it a really enjoyable short climb.

The climb to Galilea from Puigpunyent is open throughout the year.

Roads & Traffic

The road is generally in very good condition and there little traffic throughout the year.

Galilea can also be climbed from the south; starting in Es Capdella.
