Climb Description
Port des Canonge is a pleasant climb in Mallorca, which is best known for the tight switchbacks in the middle part of the climb. To tackle the climb, you first must leave the MA-10 road and descend to the small coastal village of Port des Canonge. After admiring the views, turn around and climb back up, riding along many hairpin bends, with gradients often reaching double figures for a short time. Early on the climb you will pass by a polo field, which looks a little out of place in Mallorca.
This is a nice climb to include as part of a longer route, if you wish to get a few more metres of elevation into the legs!
Port des Canonge is open throughout the year.
