Climb Description
Col des Borderes is a short and pleasant cycling climb running parallel to the Col de Soulor. It is popular with cyclists looking to avoid the main road between Arrens-Marsous and Argeles-Gazost, and it offers a more tranquil and scenic ride.It is tougher than the average gradient suggests, with a lot of irregularities, including some stretches in double figurees.
Col des Borderes can be open throughout the year, although closures are possible due to snow in the winter. The pass is not routinely cleared.
